Refund Policy
At Hanuman Nutrition, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality nutritional and wellness products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Product packaging is tampered with
- Product is expired at the time of delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must remain unused and in original packaging
- Proof images/videos of the issue must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used supplements
- Gummies or consumable products once seal is broken
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers
3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side
4. Replacement Policy
Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded if:
- Stock is available
- Customer prefers replacement
Replacement processing may take 5–10 business days depending on location.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Please contact us immediately with:
- Order number
- Product images
- Unboxing video/photos (if available)
This helps us process your request faster.
